I would like to say thank you to all of you who used our Christmas Post service this year and for your generous donations which came to over £430.
All of this will go towards our aim of buying a new defibrillator for use at social events held in the village.

Next year will mark the 75th Anniversary of scouting in Staplehurst and we intend to celebrate this with a number of activities during the year, some of which will also be geared to more fund raising to reach our goal of £1,000 for a top class defibrillator. So please watch out for more news about these.

I would like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to the Library, the Health Centre, Station Newsagents and Peter Jones Opticians for their help and cooperation and for hosting our post boxes again this year.

Finally, thanks to all of you who used this service and for your kind donations.

Merry Christmas and a marvellous New Year to you all from all at Staplehurst Scouts.

Many thanks to all of you who have used the Scouts Christmas post service so far this year.
We did a delivery all around the village on Saturday.
Our next - and final delivery - will be this coming Saturday (16th).
So there is still plenty of time to write those cards and get them in the post boxes!
The post boxes are located in the Library, the Health Centre, Station Newsagents and Peter Jones Opticians.
Just a reminder as well that all proceeds this year are going toward buying a new defibrillator for use at social events held in the village.

Thank for your support.

I hope you will have seen our bright red post boxes around the village. This means our annual Christmas Post service is open for business again this year. We will deliver your Christmas cards to anywhere in the village for only a 25p donation (but feel free to donate more!).

Funds this year are all going towards buying a new defibrillator for use at social events held in the village.

We'll be making our deliveries on the 9th and 15th December and the last collection from our boxes will be on noon 15th December.

You can see our post boxes in the Library, the Health Centre, Station Newsagents and Peter Jones Opticians. As ever, our sincere thanks to those hosting the post boxes again this year.

To use the service just drop your cards and your donation into a bag and then put them into the post box. Its as easy as that!

Thanks in advance for your support.
